Worth a try!
Booked my spain n italy tour with Greca. Reply via email is usually prompt. Accommodate to most of the requirements.
However, do make a pt to check the vouchers given. Also reconfirm the tours n hotel reservations before the trip. My hotel in Madrid was not booked even though I received d voucher

A fantastic journey

Wonderful Peloponnese tour
Everything was great. Hotels, food, the guide Helleni stands out. She is a wonderful woman with so much wisdom and dedication that she makes you fully immerse yourself in history and understand it. She was the best part of our entire trip through Greece. She made us experience everything with magic and imagine what life was like in the past.

Interesting tour
We did the 4-day tour of Peloponnese and it was fabulous. Great hotels, decent food and very interesting sights. We were scared at first but everything went smoothly. The guide Elena is the person who knows the most about history in the world, what knowledge. Very lucky to have her.

Hotel improvements
Thorough and thorough guides, very correct transfers, on the other hand, hotel in Split, Ljubljana... not in line with the category, menus where there was no buffet service, scarce. And purchase to improve the seats on the return flights to Madrid without effect.

Not entirely satisfied
First, I was charged extra for the airport transfer. I don't think it was appropriate, I booked with transfer included. I didn't know that there are 2 airports in Istanbul (they didn't explain this to me) and the distances are similar. Second, I booked a 3* hotel. The Lalahan is very well located but it is not a 4*.
Arrivals and departures from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) are subject to an additional fee, information which can be verified when entering your flights when booking. The hotel booked is a 4* hotel, respecting the hotel category booked. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Türkiye.

Very good in Greece
The experience with GRECA was good, they fulfilled what was agreed in the itinerary. Except that I arrived ten minutes late to the meeting point for the Athens by Night excursion and they had not waited for me. More importantly, the transfer to Santorini airport did not arrive and I had to pay for a transfer.
The driver had a mix-up with the hotel name and therefore did not pick up the hotel. The expense was reimbursed. The guides have a schedule to follow, we are sorry that you missed the Athens night tour. Luckily, the rest of the trip was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for choosing us!

Agreed, but......
I chose this tour because it was in the afternoon and in Spanish. The night before they told me that they were changing it to early in the morning and they asked me (I didn't agree to this) if I could have the tour with an English-speaking guide. At the end of the tour the guide asked me for a tip. I felt a little embarrassed by the request.
We regret the last minute changes to the tour schedule and the language confusion. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. As for tipping, it is common for guides to ask for a voluntary contribution, we regret that this has caused you discomfort.

Excursion through Sicily
Very good, the places visited are wonderful, of great historical and geographical interest, the transport is comfortable and safe, always complying with the agreed schedules and the companions and guides are very well prepared and very willing. Everything went as agreed.

Greece, Turkey and Egypt
Best experience of my life. For 22 days, I traveled through those 3 countries. Greca's organization was phenomenal. And they give you their contact in case you have questions during the trip, or any emergency, which made me feel safe. You don't have to worry about anything because they organize everything.

Travel civilizations
In general, everything was fine with what was booked, however, I think they could give options with the hotels, even if it was a different rate, since personally I didn't like the Santorini hotel, but it was a good experience overall.
We regret that you did not like the hotel in Santorini. We shared the master voucher with the hotels booked a few days after confirming the reservation so that passengers can review it and make changes if they wish. We regret that you were unable to manage these changes, but we are glad to know that all in all, the experience was good.
