Transportation services in Athens were late to pick us up multiple times, communication between us and the driver were done through greca which was frustrating as it added a lot of unnecessary miscommunications. Otherwise the trip went generally smoothly.

Both great/not-so-good details of our trip: Athens hotel in a "bad" area & Mykonos hotel in nowhere land. Both were like an old motor inn despite updating to a "4-star". Tour guide lost our group heading to Acropolis - never got the tour. We ventured out on buses, trains, boats which improved stay.
Please note that all reserved hotels have the possibility of change, adjusting to the needs and requirements of our passengers. We look forward to being part of more memorable experiences for you.

Overall, the Medusa Tour was fine. However, the accommodations were average at best and they were not 4 Star hotels as advertised. In fact, we requested a change of hotels in Mykonos since our booked hotel was well below average. In Athens, both tours of the city were booked on the same day. Why?

They have serious problems waiting for customers at the airport and arrival of the ferry to Athens, these waits were more than 1 hour.

Pro -someone on every island local to help Cons -didn’t verify I received updated itinerary and we missed tour because of it -put us in a hotel on a steep hill with 2 65+ aged people who couldn’t walk it -forgot to pick us up for our tour and ended up putting us on a completely different tour

Well all the tours included were very well coordinated. But the hotel accommodations could have been much better and more organized, giving the customers the option to choose what is available to us before booking. But over all i would say it wasn’t as bad, communication is key!
