MINI CRUISE IN ZAKYNTHOS

In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel or nearest pick-up point and you will go to the port of the city of Zakynthos.

Our Delfini ship departs at approximately 9:30 hours. Your journey begins as you head north along the east coast of Zakynthos towards the beaches of Tsilivi and Planos and its beautiful surrounding countryside. After passing through the sandy beaches of Alykanas and Alikes, you will arrive at San Nikolas in the north, one of the most idyllic fishing villages on the island.

Your first stop will be in the famous Blue caves, where the sunlight that shines on the water, is reflected against the wall of the caves and transforms the seabed into purple, red, and turquoise tones. You will then sail around Cape Skinari on our way to the south. You may be lucky enough and see some dolphins!

The difference between the east and west coast is incredibly huge. The west coast is very steep with several small bays. Your next stop of one hour and a half is impressive, something that many of you have seen before, but so far only in postcards, the famous wreck cove!

Enter the ship like a pirate or swim in the turquoise water. Keep your camera ready for the fantastic Porto Vromi Lagoon, which is the oldest fishing village in Zakynthos with its two natural ports full of fishing boats and the "Poseidon's Face" , a curious form in the rock.

Then, you will visit the Dolphin Caves, a complex of approximately one hundred caves. In one of them, the boat goes inside and you can take fantastic photos.

In the south, you will visit the famous Keri Caves. These caves enter into the mountains of Keri. At the end of it, you will have time for a refreshing swim in Oasis Beach.

Have your cameras ready again for Marathonisi Island. Many years ago, Marathonissi was connected with Zakynthos. This island is famous for the Caretta-Caretta turtles and is shaped like a turtle. If you are lucky and the turtles are not shy in front of the camera, you can capture memorable photographs!

Your next stop will be Mavratzi Beach or Geraka in Vasiliko. On your way back to the city of Zakynthos, you will pass by several sandy beaches, like Porto Zoro, Banana Beach, Porto Roma, and San Nikolas.

Upon your return to the city of Zakynthos at around 17:00 hours, our driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
