    Excursion Itinerary: Segovia and toledo from madrid

    At the appointed time, we will depart from our meeting point in the center of Madrid heading towards Ávila, accompanied by our guide.

    Avila is one of the best-preserved fortified cities in Spain. Our guide will lead us through the narrow streets of the historic city center to discover its impressive history. We will be able to admire its Romanesque churches, Gothic palaces, and a fortified cathedral from the Middle Ages.

    We will visit its walls, the undisputed emblem of the city, which has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985.

    Furthermore, we will continue our journey through the Castilian countryside to the city of Segovia, famous for its Alcázar and Roman aqueduct.

    Once we arrive, and if desired, we can enjoy approximately three hours of free time to explore it on our own before returning to Madrid. However, if booked, we will have the opportunity to savor a complimentary tapa and drink at one of the local restaurants in the city. Furthermore, we may even indulge in a typical regional gastronomic menu featuring traditional roast suckling pig that will leave us impressed.

    After lunch, if we have chosen to take the tour to explore Segovia's most important monuments, we will regroup with the guide to begin the visit. We will stroll through the city's old Jewish quarter, visit the exterior of the Cathedral, and head towards the Alcázar de Segovia, where we will enjoy a guided tour of the fortress that inspired Walt Disney.

    In the afternoon, the entire group will gather again to return together to Madrid.
