Terms and Conditions: 10 Years Anniversary- Giveaway Instagram

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Greca Travel and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion starts on 10/1/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on February 9, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will receive a travel package for up to two (2) people and ten (10)people will win 10 tours.
• The total value of the travel package is up to 1,500€ per person (maximum 3,000 € total for 2 people).
• The total value of the tours is 150 € per tour.
• The prize includes accommodation and selected activities. The itinerary must be arranged through Greca Travel, and the winner must choose from a pre-approved list of trips.
• International air tickets are not included. The winner is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of international flights.
• The trip must be booked by Greca, and travel must be completed within 2025.

4. Entry Process

To enter, participants must like the post on instagram, follow the instagram page and comment tagging 3 friends.

5. Winner Selection

• Eleven (11) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The 10 will gain tours and 1 the travel package.
• The winner will be announced on 14th of February via Instagram account (@grecaviajes) / (@grecatravel)
• The winner must claim their prize within [7] days of notification. Failure to respond within this time will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other goods or services.
• The winner and their travel companion are responsible for their own valid passports, travel visas, travel insurance, and any additional travel-related expenses not specified in the prize package.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, creation of short videos, images, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions

• Greca Travel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion in case of technical issues, fraud, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• The winner agrees to release and hold harmless Greca Travel, its affiliates, and employees from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Disqualification

Greca Travel reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these terms, or acts in a disruptive manner.

10. Governing Law

This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
