Reservations can only be paid by credit card via our website.

Cancellations

Full refund for cancellations at least 15 days in advance. For cancellations or modifications later than 72 hours before departure, 100% of the total cost will be applied as cancellation fees.

Verification - Voucher

Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email with your reservation number or receipt. Vouchers are not essential for this tour.

Important

*St George’s Chapel is not open to visitors on Sundays. On other days, access may be limited after 14:30, particularly on Saturdays.

*Monday, 4 December 2023 and Saturday, 23 December 2023 - St George's Chapel closing at 13:00

Friday, 8 December 2023 - St George's Chapel opening at 11:00.

*The Castle is at the top of a steep hill and the visitor route covers long distances (walking time: 15 minutes approx). We recommend you wear comfortable shoes.

*When you arrive, you will pass through an airport-style security check.

*You can take photographs outside the Castle buildings, but not inside the Castle or within St George's Chapel.

You must change trains at Slough.

*Return to London: You are free to choose when you return. Trains return to London every 20–30 minutes until approximately 10 PM.

*Windsor Castle: Frequency - every 30 minutes. First entry time – 10:00 AM, last entry time – 3:30 PM.

*The train times are subject to change, depending on the availability of the train services. So you must leave your contact number & email address to notify us about the changes.
