      Excursion Itinerary: Amalfi coast and pompeii from naples

      The tour will begin right after the departure from Naples to the Amalfi Coast, in which you will learn about the highlights of the Campania region.

      You will experience the breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast during several stops with the possibility of taking photos and admiring one of the most beautiful landscapes.

      The Amalfi Coast is dotted with several towns, that deserve to be visited, some of which you will meet on this tour are Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi. The landscape is undoubtedly amazing, due to its innumerable wonderful cliffs.

      After visiting the Amalfi Coast, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the ancient Roman city of Pompeii, destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 BC.

      Once there, you will explore the most interesting places in the Pompeii ruins, such as the Basilica, the Macellum, and the famous House of the Fauns. You will be able to go back in time walking through the preserved streets of the city and nosing about ancient houses, temples, cafes, shops, amphitheaters, and even a brothel.

      Following the visit to Pompeii, you will return to Naples, where the tour ends.
